NVQ success for Kenton employees...
2 members of The Kenton Group's staff have recently completed their NVQ courses, and will shortly be followed by 3 more...
Sharron Swann, HR Director of The Kenton Group was pleased to see two members of staff pass their NVQ courses in the last couple of months.
Jenny Leek, the Group's Technical Support Administrator, was first to complete her course in Customer Service, followed by Hayley Newman, the Group's Sales & Marketing Coordinator, completing a course in Business & Administration this month.
"Our philosophy is to encourage our people to develop and grow with the business, and the NVQ courses allow them to do this. We actively encourage our staff to partake in this process. We have another three members of the team starting their courses in the near future, and we look forward to them achieving the same level of success as Jenny and Hayley" explained Sharron.
